By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us through the email address in the final Paragraph below. These Terms are governed by Delaware law. You consent to jurisdiction in California courts for all purposes related to arbitration enforcement.
I. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action, unless more than 5 arbitration claims have been filed relating to the same or similar issue or by the same law firm or a coordinated set of law firms. In that case, batch claims will be administered as a single arbitration before one arbitrator.
You may opt out of arbitration and this waiver by providing written notice within 30 days of your first use of the Services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Any unenforceable part will be replaced by a valid and/or enforceable part that meets the intention of the parties to the fullest extent possible.
